£60k + Bonus + Car
A billable professional who works with clients to develop quality communications solutions in order to solve / address a client’s business requirements.Client facing activities such as presentations and negotiation in conjunction with the account manager is expected.key accountabilities - key result / decision areas (outcomes)
§ Position and/or deliver basic, billable consulting work to a client
§ Unaccompanied liaise and build rapport with clients, monitors the relationship
§ Consistently deliver high quality (billable or non-billable) technical service to existing and new clients
§ Meet or exceed established per annum personal billable targets.
§ Stay abreast of technical, financial, strategic and operational issues, options and advancements
§ Be recognized as an authority on products and services both internally and externally.
§ Maintain and develop technical specialization and certifications to accommodate growth
§ Actively participates in creating knowledge capital and developing methods and tools
People management
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to new and existing staff
• Manage a project specific technical team
• Participates in employee recruitment
• Most of the time team lead function would be within region
knowledge and abilities
Ability to:
¦ Engage and partner with clients at a detailed technical, functional and operational level
¦ Deliver high value, billable consulting services in support of full life cycle
¦ Identify and develop key partner and vendor relationships as required to deliver fully integrated solutions
¦ Able to sell and promote service activities
¦ Able to lead large projects and as part of a project organization
Desirable:
1. Bachelors Degree in business, finance, or relevant technical field required
2. MSCS, MSEE, MBA or commensurate work experience and practical knowledge
3. Certifications in area of expertise
Experience
¦ Minimum 5 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry
¦ Proven track record in delivering high dollar value consulting services
¦ Strong background in business consulting, process analysis design and improvement, and development of technology based on business solutions
