This position will be responsible for developing training strategies and initiatives for Executive Education, specifically the development of a leadership coaching program to extend and deepen the impact of their leadership program experiences. Responsible for providing post session program support and execution of projects ensuring the timeliness and prioritization of projects delivered. Additional responsibilities: introduce new instructional technologies, negotiate contracts for vendor produced materials and external instructors, and direct the maintenance and customization of existing educational materials. Directs and coordinates the mix of rotational designers, instructors and contract employees. Oversees the quantitative measurements between external vendor and internal sources. Manages the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery, and need assessment of training and development programs for company managers and employees. Develops methods for evaluation of program effectiveness.
Required Skills/Experience
1. Six Sigma green belt or higher is preferred

13. Prior experience developing training courses using alternative media, including, but not limited to: computer-based training, web-based training, and other alternative technologies
14. Travel, nights and weekends required at least 25% of the time.
Other Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree is preferred in Instructional Design or related field
• 3 years minimum corporate Leadership design, documentation production, or related experience
