Fusion Solutions Inc. is a leading Technical Staffing and Consulting Service company looking for experienced Engineers with the following requirements. 
Type: Contract 
Duration: Long Term 
Start Date: Feb/March 2011 
Scope of Work: OSS Integration and Support Engineer: 
Strong Integration engineer who has worked on any OSS vendor product - If they have worked on any of the following 2 OSS platforms, it will be wonderful: 
a) NetAct (Nokia OSS platform); or, 
b) @Com (Siemens OSS platform also is known as Advantage Commander). 
They must have: 
• SunOS 
• Citrix server installation 
• switches exp in general 
Must have: NETACT and Oracle DBA experience 
Key responsibilities: 
• Design, plan and implement solutions in communications networks 
• Analyze and define customer requirements/new features. 
• Lead commissioning and integration of core telecom components e.g. HLR, One-NDS, IMS to customer sites. 
• Define and develop test strategy, acceptance test concepts and procedures. 
• Support fault analysis and resolution. 
• Develop technical architecture, service designs, data schemas and data designs, technical solutions, message flows. 
• Write technical proposals, feasibility studies. 
• Liaise between software implementation team and customer technical team; provide technical support for the project delivery. 
Education & Experience or Other Requirements: 
• Expert in Operating systems: Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server, UNIX (SUN Solaris, SuSe Linux) 
• Strong expertise on the following processes: alarm configuration, fault management (FM), configuration management (CM) and Performance Management (stats) 
• Unix systems/scripting 
• Strong experience in building systems from scratch (bootneting, SW loading, configuration, integration) 
• Knowledge of IP network configuration. Knowledge of Cisco switches such as 4948, 3750 a plus 
• Software/application installation experience in a telecommunications environment 
• Preferable experience on GSM service delivery platforms: HLR, Intelligent Network (SCPs), SMSC, VMS 
• Experience with Nokia NetAct or Siemens @com 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications field 
• Good written and oral communication in English. 
• 5-12 Years experience in related technical field. 
• Prepared to travel to customer locations and work away from home.
