Candidates could have the following experience:
- Operation ETL Second Level Assurance experience
- ETL design strategy experience
- Fault Management - second level restoration - problem management * configuration maangement
- Rollout acceoptance for minor, major releases and canvasses experience
- Experience of defect management in production, trouble ticket holding within agreed SLAs and WLAs.
