Fusion Solutions Inc. is a leading Technical Staffing and Consulting Service company looking for experienced Engineers with the following requirements.
Location: Reston, VA / Plano, TX
Type: Contract
Duration: Long Term
Start Date: Feb/March 2011
Scope of Work:
QChat - CDMA RF & Core Solution Integrator (Verification/Implementation)
Profile: Skills, Experience, and Education:
• BS or MS in EE, CS, or CE, or acceptable equivalent of post secondary education and experience. Master’s highly preferred.
• Expert knowledge in EVDO Rev A and 1xRTT standards and a good understanding of data channel setup over CDMA for both standards
• Preferred previous experience in integrating PCF with PDSN Previous experience in load testing, RF capacity planning and RF provisioning
• Familiarity with Push to talk use cases and call flows are preferred but not a MUST
• Ability to create test plans based on requirements
• Ability to drive troubleshooting efforts and issues resolution towards different vendors
• Team player Good understanding of Sprint's Qchat and iDEN solutions, architecture and usecases
• Hands-on experience with Qchat platforms (RG, RLS, RD,OMC-QC,QAS etc) which includes software deployment, configuration, integration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IP networks
• Previous experience with the Qchat test system in Sprint's NRT lab in Sterling, VA
• Experience with handset testing and device certification Experience with CDMA network performance and monitoring
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Expected to write test instructions, operational guides, methods of procedures and create and maintain site specific engineering dcoumentation.
• Map test cases to detailed requirements.
• Contribute at customer site as solutions expert.
• Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality.
