Permanent (ACT)
Working amongst a team of professionals and a great talent pool, you will be challenged in this role. With a team of Engineers, Architects and Project Managers, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand business requirements and providing technical recommendations. In addition, you will be working in the Connectivity business line and involved with client workshops and documentation. This role combines both technical pre-sales, consulting and technical design. An established track record of both technical, management and service level skills is required for this position.
THE POSITION
To be considered for this newly created position you will be required to have the following skills/experience:
* 5 + years of experience working as a Technical Consultant or Cisco Pre-sales position
* Cisco CCNP/CCNA/CCDA/DP – mandatory certifications, CCIE (desirable)
* Advanced skills in Cisco Routing, Switching products, Wireless technology, Cisco Security products
* Prior consulting experience – working with a wide range of Federal Government or corporate clients
* Team Leadership experience and the ability to delivery under tight SLAs
* ITIL competencies and in-depth understanding of ITIL framework
* Impeccable communication, negotiation, management and team leadership skills
* Current Federal Government Clearance is mandatory for this position. Australian Citizenship required.
