Vacancy: Managed Services Quality & O&M Process consultants

Requirements: 

• 10 years experience or above operation experience in IT or Telecom Industry with Quality / Process Management experience
• Good knowledge of Field Operation, Performance Management & Network Optimization
• At least 3 years of working experience in operation process re-engineering and change project: proven record in delivery and implementation
• Experience in OSS implementation will be an added advantage
• Solid hands-on experiences to implement and maintain industry best practices, standards or Frameworks in any two of the below areas ITIL, TL 9000, eTom, SID, TAM and Cobit
• Experience in the design and composition of policy, standard operation procedures and guidelines for compliance with the industries best practices, standards or frameworks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Visio, Word and Excel) and Business Modeling Tool (e.g. ARIS or Casewise)
• Proficiency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage but not essential
