Performance management for several RNC's in a UMTS/HSDPA network with substantial traffic load (daily O&P is out-sourced).
Trend analysis on contractual network quality KPI's to identify optimization needs.
Optimization of UTRAN network parameters, both for specific geographical problems and network wide improvements.
Optimization of UMTS site configurations and topology based on coverage and pilot pollution criteria.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 Years experience in UTRAN / W-CDMA Performance Management (Ericsson 3G / HSPA essential) or 'Optimization & Performance' (3G O&P).
Education at Bachelor or University level in Electrical Engineering (preferably Telecoms).
In depth knowledge of HSPA performance related counters and gauges.
In depth knowledge of capacity management related counters and gauges.
Experience with MS Access, UNIX and SQL queries and Business Objects (BO = a must have)
Advanced understanding of Wireless Network Architecture, Technologies, concepts and standards ( e.g. 3GPP, ITU-T).
Profound knowledge of 3G handover and reselection parameters and modulation schemes.
Basic knowledge of radio propagation principles and GSM-system principles.
Familiar with Ericsson's Way of Working and the understanding of its customer objectives.
