Microwave Testing:
Candidate should have prior experience with MW testing in the lab/field.
Should understand backhaul network architecture, QoS, router/switch configuration, basic understanding of MW hardware (Dragonwave equipment for example).
Should have prior RAN (BTS) backhaul test experience.
