THE POSITION
As the successful candidate, you will be working for a well recognised consulting company specialising in managed services and systems integration. As the successful applicant, you will have the following responsibilities:
•Working directly with the client to assist with Cisco implementation and rollout
•Liaise with the client and stakeholders in ensuring that service delivery KPIs are met
•Hands-on Cisco rollout in the Canberra Head Office and nationally
WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?
To be successful in this role you will possess:
1.3+ years Cisco Engineer experience
2.Extensive experience in Cisco related support, implementations and rollouts
3.Cisco or CCIE certifications
4.Impeccable communication and presentation skills
5.ITIL experience
6.Ability to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service
7.Federal Government experience, Australian Citizen and current Federal Government clearance (Mandatory)
