Required
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Upstream Oil & Gas industry
• Should have experience in maintaining large telecom networks involving CCTV, PAGA, Fibre Optics transmission and multiplexing, TMR, VHF/UHF Radios Systems, Cisco Switches/Routers, SDH/DWDM, Wired and Wireless networks, Perimeter Security Systems etc.,
• Strong planning and organization abilities and understands project scheduling and project budgets
• Experience and demonstrated ability to manage an EPC contractor
• Proven ability to conduct and lead execution of work in a team environment
• Should have self learning ability and eagerness to learn upcoming cutting edge technologies and apply it in practice
• Should be interested in network design, develop excellent product knowledge and assist the reporting manager in day-to-day duties
• People management skills
• Maintain and manage working relationships with diverse teams
• Strong interpersonal and technical writing/communications skills considering global cultural differences

• Ensure consistent application of Telecommunication solutions across the RJON Project
• Provide Subject Matter Expert input for Project activities and EPC Bid Process for Telecommunication packages
• Support development and execution of Interface Management tasks related to Instrumentation, Electrical and Telecommunications
• As a Subject Matter Expert in all areas of Telecommunications, will initiate, design, plan and execute telecom projects that include CCTC, Access Control, DNS, Hotline Systems, PA/GA Systems, FOC, Microwave, Radios etc.,
• Should understand Money
• Accountability of drawings and documents during project phase
• Proper handover to Operations after project commissioning
• RFPs for telecommunications scope and execution
