Strong knowledge of mobile telecommunications and of call centre operations is required. Manages all customer service set-up activities: - contractor selection - volume management - SLA definition - premises selection - organisation - hiring - training - activity monitoring (including security and confidentiality aspects) - knowledge management organisation - tools and access to information
