Position – Sr. Specialist (Field Operations)
Reporting to - Operations Head / MSIP
Location – Kolkata/Delhi
Career Stage – Service Engineer (Senior)
Individual Competencies:
- Masters/Bachelor Degree or equivalent in telecom, 3G Experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation with a split between line and functional responsibility
- Good understanding on 3G RAN KPIs
- Advanced knowledge of Ericsson’s services portfolio, specific ref 3G RAN.
- Abstract : The role is to manage customer’s expectations at account level, ensure deliveries to customer as per contract and establish processes for smooth delivery of services in 3G Operations.
