Telco process design consultant for NOC (Network Operations Center) required for a 10 week assignment in Saudi Arabia starting ASAP. Applicants should posses previous experience in NOC process design, including TT, incident & problem handling and reporting processes. The role requires an expertise/knowledge in eTOM (TM Forum standard) and at least 5 years experience of processes.
