Telecom Job for BTS Engineer || Turkey

Manning Global Group is currently looking for several BTS Engineers for one of our international clients in the Telecommunication Industry in Turkey, on a contract basis.


Fluency in English and Turkish language is a must


The BTS Engineers are responsible for:

• Integration of

–   GSM/UMTS/WiMax  access network equipments data configuration

–   Commissioning and integrate BTS/NodeB/BSC/RNC/e NodeB on site

–   Solving wireless technical issues, working with radio planning engineers, R&D engineers as needed

–   GSM/UMTS/WiMax  access network equipments daily maintenance

• Delivering results – demonstrate a systematic and logical problem solving technique, in order to formulate and deliver to business SLA’s and recovery action plans.

• Putting customers first – has the ability to work in a high pressure environment as required to resolve faults and issues in order to restore network availability and therefore minimize impact on the customer.
