Client, a company that offers unified email management online, is looking for a Microsoft Implementation Engineer for their Waltham headquarters. This person would start off as an individual contributor, but would be asked to manage the team after 6-12 months. 


The skills needed are:
- Microsoft Server 2003/2008
- Exchange 2003/2007
- SMTP
- Active Directory
- Good Communication and Presentation
- Good leadership skills
- Minimally 4-7 years experience 


Pluses are:
- Experience with Exchange 2010
- Experience doing remote customer support
- Experience managing a support team
- Relevant degrees or certifications 


Extensive email experience is desired with an emphasis on Microsoft Exchange. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive base salary and full benefit coverage.
