Telecom job for Cisco Solution Manager || Germany

Currently we have an opening for Cisco Solution Manager with our client in Germany.
It is a permanent position and we have multiple openings for this position.

Responsibilities
• The position is responsible for delivering consulting services by delivering superior technical solutions to all target customers.
• Ensure best practice is leveraged in providing the solutions to target accounts
• Technical interface providing support to customers, transferring customers’ requirements into a solution based on products, solutions and services. Owns technical design during implementation; responsible for design, configuration, testing and commissioning of solutions.
• Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of company’s products, solutions and services.
• Responsible for first level escalation of any deployment issues and problems. Note and escalate service development required to meet customer needs.
• Identify and create business opportunities for company’s target customers and prospects
• Supports in the tendering process and development of proposals in line with customer needs, liaising and qualifying with other colleagues as necessary. Present technical solutions to customers both formally and informally as required. Supports in the development of customer SLAs.
• Stay abreast of technical issues, options and advancements within the internetworking industry relevant to the company’s services’ portfolio.
• Provide a consistently high quality technical service to existing and new customers ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained or improved.
• Provision of skilled presentations to prospective customers on the technical solutions and services offered by the compny with minimum support.
• Responsible for all aspects of the technical compatibility of customer requirements with the products and services offered by the company.
• Successful completion of the role will help towards increasing company’s overall and services revenue and profitability
• Support partner technical sales teams design innovative architectural solutions that drive strategic objectives and help differentiate partner offerings.



Requirements
• A relevant Degree with at least 5 or more years' of experience as technical sales support in network services environment.
• CCIE is a plus.
• Ability to
o engage and partner with customer at a detailed technical level
o deliver solutions which provide high value throughout the deployment phase
o deliver high value, billable services as appropriate
• Strong Good knowledge in switching & routing solutions, godd understanding of Unified communication.VPN and security solutions
• Strong technical knowledge in network technology such as Cisco
• Good knowledge on IT services.
• Experience in creating solutions for customers based on their business and IT initiatives rather than on an individual company’s product offering.
• Strong communication skills in English & German
• Strong customer service attitude
• Strong presentation skills
• Results oriented
• Excellent diagnostics skills and good ability to resolve problems quickly
• Willing to travel in Germany & Europe
• Good conflict management and negotiation skill
