Looking very urgent QA Manager/Lead for our client working in telecom Software product ,Solutions and Services, Mobile Technologies.
1.. QA Lead/Manager Embedded - Automation -Router Testing/WiFi Testing -L2/L3,TCP/IP Protocol - Min. Exp. 8 to 12 yrs 
1. Lead QA experience of at least 8 years. Experience of handling a team of 5 or more team members 
2. Experience in Automation using Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, JUnit, Bromine, Eclipse, Maven/Ant 
3. Sound knowledge of L2, L3 protocols and exposure to WiFi testing 
4. Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and negotiating skills 
5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities effectively and to meet timelines and quality objectives. 
6. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills 
7. Should have prior experience in client interfacing which includes Status calls, technical discussions, presentations etc. 
8. Exposure to work on Agile/Scrum Projects (optional): Managing & prioritizing product backlog along with Product Owner, Iteration planning, Facilitating requirement analysis and requirements closure 
Skills 
• Excellent Experience/Knowledge in wifi 802.11a/b/g/n MAC & 802.11e/i protocols. 
• Experience/Knowledge in L2/L3 protocols VLAN, STP, RIP/OSPF, NAT, VPN, IPSec etc. 
• Experience in PPPoE, PPTP, DHCP etc. 
• Strong in analyzing 802.11 performance & interoperability. 
• Experience in TCP/IP and related networking protocol testing and debugging. 
• Experience in performance and load test tools IXChariot, IXIA and Smart-Bits etc. 
• Experience in defining test requirements, test methodologies and setting up the required test lab and equipments. 
• Scripting languages such as, Perl, Tcl and Expect 
• Excellent analytical and technical skills 
· Need Tcl/ Tk expertise 
· 8 - 10 years of experience in Testing WiFi networking products 


2. QA Manager - Telecom - Min. Exp. 10 to 12 yrs 
· Experienced in telecom solution testing. 
· Experienced in Telecom Service Delivery Platform & Application IN. 
· INAP/ CAMEL/ SIP – Mandatory. 
· Manual & Automation Test work done. 
· Tools like INET, MGTS, SIPr, SIPp - used strongly 


Skills 
· Excellent experience and knowledge of SS7 protocols including INAP, AIN, CAMEL and WIN.
· Excellent experience and knowledge of SIP 
· Excellent knowledge/experience of IMS architecture and SIP Servlets 
· Excellent eperience/knowledge of telecom applications like prepaid, toll free, voice VPN, etc. 
· Experience in testing provisioning and network element management systems for telecom solutions 
· Strong in usage of tools like INET, MGTS, SIPr, SIPp, Selenium etc. 
· Strong experience in performance and load testing of telecom solutions 
· Experience in TCP/IP and related networking protocol testing and debugging. 
· Experience in defining test requirements, test strategy, test methodologies and setting up the required test lab and equipments 
· Experience in test automation 
· Scripting languages such as Unix shell, Perl, Tcl and Expect 
· Excellent analytical and technical skills
