Telecom Vacancy for QOE Expert || Sweden

Currently looking for consultant to take on the challenge as QOE Expert for our R&D Center in Kista, Stockholm.


Location: This is a fulltime consultancy position at our R&D office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden or Shenzhen or Xi'an in China.


Responsibilities include:
1) Leading QOE solutions competitive analysis, roadmap management, system architecture and product planning, and build industry-leading telecommunications network QOE solutions help operators to achieve commercial success.
2) To understand and identify the world's leading operators in the QOE key areas of demand for solutions that provide in-depth thinking and planning unique contribution to promoting the company to achieve the target solution and the successful implementation of customers.
3) In-depth analysis and understanding of industry trends QOE area, the design of user-oriented QOE solution architecture, allowing for industry-leading core competitiveness, enhance product brand.
4) Assume solutions in the target market expansion and the first single breakthrough, and to support its expansion in other markets around the world.
The work will be done in very close cooperation with our HQ offices and frequent travelling will be required as well as a possibility to be permanently placed in Shenzhen or Xi'an in China.


Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 8 years experiences in telecommunication O&M industry, strategic insights to market and service trend.
Further requirements are rich knowledge and understanding of telecommunication O&M, as well as deep understanding of O&M in fields, such as CS, PS, NGN, IMS, OSS, Internet and etc., familiar with operators' network, service and operation mode.
The candidate should be familiar with CEM/QOE index system and management system framework and methodology, leading of CEM/QOE solutions, product planning, system architecture or product development
A Bachelor Degree, Masters in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields is required.
Telecommunication consultancy work experience in well known agency as well as O&M work experience in Tier 1 operators is desired but not essential.


Skills requirements
The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Well organized and structured with project management skills, responsible and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel overseas.
