Job description:
3G planner should have extensive 3G planning experience, deep knowledge of 3G planning methodology and 3G networks principles and procedures. Asset planning tool knowledge is highly recommended.


The list of activities may slightly differ from project to project, but normally we speak about office work and the following functional blocks for RF planning execution:
1) Nominal planning (site location definition and initial site configuration - for both Modernization and Greenfield positions);
2) TSS report analysis and approving of final site configuration;
3) RNC configuration preparation (SC and NBR lists planning, xml file creation and upload on RNC);
4) final report preparation including prediction plots calculation, recommendations and conclusions.

3G networks principles and procedures
Ability to work within tough deadlines
Understanding of Customer needs and flexibility
Minimum 3 years experience, fluent Russian speaker
