End date: 12 months (extendable)
Responsibilities:
• Secure deployment of project governance model as per CPM
• Monitor and follow up the projects financial and operational KPIs, set up and follow up on corrective action plan
• Consolidate the project portfolio at the central level
• Secure that projects reporting is in place
• Ensure that projects steering committee meetings are in place and initiate projects reviews if needed • Support and follow-up of local PM functions/organizations’ improvement programs/projects/activities originated from Project Reviews, PM Audits etc
Requirements:
• University degree in Business or Engineering / ICT
• 5-7 years experience as Senior CPM in Ericsson Services Delivery roles, or equivalent experience as an external resource acting in such a position for major telecom vendor
• Proven skills and experience in delivering major services delivery projects of multi-country multi-dimensional nature, either in Ericsson or major telecom vendors
• Proven skills in managing all aspects of such a major project, including financial performance and reporting • At least 5 years of International assignment in Managerial position with proven good results
