**Must Reside in Nordics ( Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Sweden) to be considered**
A fast growing vendor of high-value leading edge Telecom Applications is currently expanding rapidly across Europe. They now wish to appoint a sales director for the Nordics region to cover the leading Service Providers.
Reporting into the SVP for EMEA Sales This is a high-impact strategic hire for the business providing high-visibility for the right individual to stand out from the crowd.
There is a healthy existent pipeline of business. The role entails developing both the existing accounts whilst developing new relationships. This a high-impact, high visibility role for you to make your mark.
Responsibilities:
• Develops, account strategies, goals, objectives, and action plans for their assigned account(s) and/or territories.
• Manages sales & client relationship activities while developing trusted advisor status with senior executives and sponsors within target accounts.
• Articulates and positions the full spectrum of Aepona products, solutions, and services to key decision makers.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge: Expert in software technology sales with an emphasis on the Telecom industry (Broadband, Mobile, and FMC).
• Proven knowledge of best practices for sales performance management (e.g. Miller Heiman, etc.).
• Solution Sales Focus
• Abilities to present business cases through conceptual and consultative sales approach
• Good solid CxO levl contact base
• Abilitiy to work on your own remotely.
• Experience: 15 years of proven sales results with 5 years Telecom industry expertise
