Telecom Job for Change Manager - SAP Release || Worldwide

Currently we have an opening for Change Manager - SAP Release. It is a 6 months extenable contract position. The job will be wither based in UK/Qatar or UK/New Zealand. Please find below the job description:
Our client has launched Global SAP Platform which is rolled out step by step to the different national Operating Companies (OpCo's). New operational demands, problems and incidents with the ongoing system lead to different requests for changes (RfC's), which have to be handled as per Change Management Guidelines. All RfC's are listed and documented in a Remedy system.


• Manage the assessment of incoming RfCs by the off-shore resources that check the tickets and add SOX and ITIL related information
• Supervision of planned downtime agreements for particular changes
• Supervision and organization of the meetings to setup the EVO RfCs bundle
• Support of the SAP Change Management in conjunction with preparation, execution and follow-ups of the weekly meetings
• Management of RfC approvals
• Manage the test of the change solution
• Execute additional compliance checks before change solution is moved into productive environment
• Manage the post implementation activities after change implementation
• Setup reporting about the SAP Change Team progress
• Organize of the HyperCare activities and management of the off-shore resources involved.



Skills Needed
Very good knowledge of overall SAP system (ECC 6.0)
• Proven track record in supporting global SAP Roll-outs
• Very good SAP Change Management skills
• Remedy Skills
• Strong negotiating abilities as well as analytical and creative problem solving skills
• International project experience in multicultural teams
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent English (project language) mandatory



Necessary skills and experiences: ARS Remedy,English,SAP Basic,SAP Basis System,SAP Change Management,SAP ECC 6.0
Prefered experiences: ERP,ITIL
