Currently looking for consultant to take on the challenge as Operation and maintenance Telecommunication Expert for our R&D Center in Kista, Stockholm.

Responsibilities include:
1) In charge of competition analysis, solution design and roadmap management of telecommunication O&M solutions. Provide competitive O&M solutions to meet operators' demands for Mobile Broadband and Fixed Broadband development and business success.
2) Understand and consolidate top tier operators' key O&M requirements, provide strategic insights and special contributions to the solution planning, push the solution to be implemented in our organisation and deployed in target customers.
3) Deeply analyze and understand O&M trend in telecommunication industry, design solution framework to meet operators' continuous O&M requirements, forge core competitive edge to be industry leader.
4) Shoulder the responsibilities of solution market expansion and breakthrough in target operator and support other market expanding operation around the globe.
The work will be done in very close cooperation with our head offices and frequent travelling will be required as well as a possibility to be permanently placed in Shenzhen or Xi'an in China.
Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 8 years experiences in telecommunication O&M industry, strategic insights to market and service trend.
Further requirements are rich knowledge and understanding of telecommunication O&M, especially for TMF and eTOM, as well as deep understanding of O&M in fields, such as CS, PS, NGN, IMS, OSS, Internet and etc., familiar with operators' network, service and operation mode.
A Bachelor Degree, Masters in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields is required.
Telecommunication consultancy work experience in well known agency as well as O&M work experience in Tier 1 operators is desired but not essential.
Skills requirements
The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Well organized and structured with project management skills, responsible and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel overseas.
Location
This is a fulltime consultancy position at our R&D office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden or in Shenzhen or Xi'an in China.
