Telecom Job for Application & Software Project Manager || Sweden

Candidates with EU work permits ONLY.
Main Responsibilities:
It is anticipated that the project will follow our standard project management and system development life cycle (SDLC) methodology and should include but not limited to the following project activities:
Project Initiation
Project Scope Definition and Confirmation with User.
Project Plan Preparation
Site preparation and Hardware Installation
User Business Process Study
User Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Preparation and Walkthrough of Functional Requirement Specification (FRS)
Preparation and Walkthrough of System Test Plan.
Application Software Development and Unit Testing
Documentation and User Training.
System Integration Test
User Acceptance Test.
Loading Test
Resilience Test
Production data preparation
System Nursing
Data migration.


The following are the major tasks for the project manager:
Act as our central contact point on site for the all project matter;
Help for the pre-sales activities for the service part;
Overall in charge of all design activities of the project;
Manage our project teams to deliver the project according to plan, specification and with high quality standard;
Monitor the progress of the project to ensure the completion is according to the agreed schedule.
Co-ordinate project progress review meetings on system design & delivery, project schedule, resources and quality assurance;
Report the project progress to all involved parties periodically and on time;


Qualifications and experience
Over 5 year experience in implementing Large Scale Telecom Projects preferred.
Over 10 years experience in Telecom preferred, has clear understanding of Telecom industry, especially service area
PMP Certificate holder preferred
Good presentation and communication skills in English and with all levels of customers and with our project team members
Knowledge of BSS/OSS/SDP/IPTV preferred
Ability to talk with operator’s CXO for service ability and development, experience of pre-sales of service part is preferred
Desire for success and challenge
Possibility to travel in Europe (35%)
