As Program Manager, You will be responsible for initiation, implementation and support of strategic programmes and complex large-scale projects for our clients (typically 15-20 team members, 3M AED+ revenue). You will ensure project scope is defined, create and manage the project plan, and provide direction to all members of the project team. Currently my client has won projects within the aviation sector, so experience dealing with clients in that sector is highly desirable but not a must.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
• Degree educated
• PRINCE2 /PMI Certified
• Extensive experience managing projects for blue-chip firms/clients
• Experience working with Clients in Aviation Sector is highly desirable
• Evidence of management of project teams of 15-20 people or more to successful conclusion
• Managed projects with consulting revenue of AED 3M+
• Managed relationships at a senior level within large corporations.
• functional specialism in project role, such as Software Engineering, Business Analysis, Information Architecture
• Proven client management abilities to negotiate scope and finances
• Ability to articulate Project Management methodology – processes, practices, controls, team management, project delivery phases
• Ability to turn requirements into a viable project plan and marshal resources required to deliver
