Telecom Job for Network Resource Management Application Developer – Reston, VA(USA)

Scope of Work: 
• The candidate will have a working knowledge of telecom business and backend IT systems that enable operations functions to be performed, including Network Engineering, Network Rollout, and Network Operations, Network Inventory Management, Network Provisioning, Service Activation, and Order Management. 
• Familiarity with Network Inventory, Provisioning, and Activation vendor products is a strong plus. 
• Analytical experience in requirements definition, design, development, unit testing and implementation of applications. 
• Working knowledge of Oracle data base schemas and tools. 
• Customer care skills including strong verbal and written communications. 
• Familiarity with Project management tools and methods. 
• Strong follow-up skills. 
• Ability to work within a team environment where communication is essential. 
• Ability to work independently on assignments. 
• Ability to lead interpretation of designs, applications, and system information 


UPDATE ON PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES AND SYSTEM TOOLS: 
Primary: PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle, UNIX 
Secondary: Java
