Job Description:
• Provide technical service and support to new and existing customer networks, telecom and datacom or internal test plants
• Plan, design, troubleshoot and resolve problems in order to stabilize and optimize customer networks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years previous experience in similar position
• Knowledge of mediation systems, preferably Ericsson MultiMediation
• Real Time Charging Systems, such as Ericsson Charging System, Alcatel Lucent, Nokia Siemens or equivalent
• Knowledge of Telecom Billing Systems, such as BSCS, AMDOCS or equivalent
• Understanding of 2G/3G/4G mobile wireless technologies and IMS
• Operating systems: Sun Solaris, Linux, HP UX
• Platforms: TSP, Sun SPARC/X86, HP Proliant
• Scripting: Perl, shell, awk,
• Veritas cluster
• Oracle RAC & Dataguard
• Oracle & Sybase databases
• SQL/PL_SQL
• IP Protocols (Gy, Diameter, LDAP, DNS, )
• C7 signaling (INAP, CAPv2/3, )
• JAVA programming skills
