Job description:
• Translates business requirements into working ICT-architectures by identification of requirements both financial and technical, understands the “as is” and proposes solutions
• Gives guidance to the project teams
• Controls whether proposed solutions address the customer business and technical requirements
• Acts as prime technical responsible in large engagements during both bid and delivery phase
• Acts as overall technical lead when answering RFP’s and RFQ’s covering different solutions or technology domains
• Develop and maintain solutions covering different solutions or technology domains
• Can communicate at CxO level
• Can be involved in short term billable assignments
• Understand customer financial situation with regard to ROI, TCO, CAPEX, OPEX
• Translate the requirements towards a correct design/solution
• Discuss and collect input from/with the involved competence centers/other specialists
• Aim a consensus associated with the proposed solution and the delivery solution
• Working with word and excel for writing down the proposal on a base of templates
• Able to define a clear scope

• Create Offers, RFP’s & RFQ’s in a qualitative way
• Support the marketing department with their events and you deliver them content
• Play a coordinating role to answer complex projects (3 or plus expertise domains).
• Reporting of the status of the current, the future and the closed projects in the tools that were designed for this
• Take care of a correct and direct communication towards the client, the delivery units and the colleagues
• Contact the client to define the scope of the offer
• Contact the involved competence centers / specialists
• Contact the vendors when needed
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or you’re equal through experience
• Minimum of 10 years experience in ICT
• Experience in sales support is a plus
• Good knowledge of networking concepts and technologies
• Good knowledge of most of the following technologies and concepts: UC, DC, security, mobility
• Good knowledge of frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF or others
• Work on different projects at the same time
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
