OBJECTIVE 1 
• To implement a five site quad band test network environment by 5/31/11 for USCC to do mobile device testing. 
• Modifications are to be made to five existing eNBs in the Madison market which are currently installed as part of the Phase 2 trial project. OBJECTIVE 2 
• To set up the PM and Network Design functional team interlocks in anticipation of Purchase Orders for USCCs LTE NRO. 
• If awarded to Ericsson, the national rollout project will consist of a 1250 eNB LTE overlay. 
• Proposed scope of services will include design, install (including site prep and antenna/feeders), integrate and test. 
• There are five market areas anticipated, as well as some common core network elements. Each CPM (five access, one core, one program) will be responsible for a geographic area and align to the US Cellular organizational construct. 


THE ASSIGNMENT
This assignment states that the appointed person is assigned the role as Contract Execution Responsible (CER) according to the Core Three method.


TASKS APPLICABLE FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT 
• Update preliminary resource allocations done during Proposal Preparation and Negotiation Support, and make final reservation of project resources for contract execution. 
• Revise cost estimate for project execution and Customer Project Management created during Proposal Preparation and Negotiation Support. 
• Act as receiver in Contract Handshake or Early Start handover 
• From Contract Handshake / Early Start handover, bring the customer project into execution. 
• Manage the project from Start to End in accordance with Contract Handshake or Early Start hand-over, aligned with Customer contract / Proposal content, directives and instructions in EBP Sales process, Service Delivery process, Supply process and PROPS-C.


THE OUTCOME OF THIS ASSIGNMENT WILL BE
• The implementation of the five site device testing network as highlighted above 
• The institution of the preliminary project management and design team, potentially leading to the overall NRO once POs are received
