Job description:
• Provide High Level plan to Network, and make sure the plan is accurate and accepted
• Bachelor degree /or above, in Engineering, Telecom or equivalent
• Full knowledge and experience on network plan (such as wireless plan, core network plan, transmission network plan and data communication plan)
• +8 years working experience in Telecom industry
• Good knowledge on network planning and design
• Know how to use network planning Tools
• Approvable team leadership
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly independent and self-motivated
• Experienced leading and motivating cross-cultural teams
• Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential, Chinese is a bonus
• Able to travel for business will be an advantage
