Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Hands on technical (Engineer) lead-manager
• Build and expand the local team
• Simultaneous “finger on the pulse” product management
• Manage product engineering team responsible for the release of high frequency semiconductor based products
• Recruit and train engineers to work in our rapidly growing Irish and other global sites
• Implement corporate procedures to maintain consistency with other sites worldwide
• Build project schedules and provide commitment to meet project goals.
• Be engineering liaison between other global sites and headquarters.

Key Competencies Required:
• Track record of success bringing RF, IC industry leading products to market
• Experience working with international supply chain or multinational company
• Willingness for global travel (East & West)
• Good verbal and written communication skills and be eager to work in a team environment with other dedicated professionals.

Previous Relevant Work Experience:
• 10+ of experience developing, or releasing state-of-the-art RF or analog semiconductor based products such as amplifiers, mixers, switches and multifunction assemblies.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree in EE or related technical field.
MS or PhD preferred
