Responsibilities:
• Provide Engineering support for ex Nokia 3G Node B radio sub system during RAN deployment , Care Projects, Ni Projects, FOA and LAB Support , Care phase and Operation support
• Commissioning, integrating, System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for 3G ex-Nokia Node B Network Element
• Develop and maintain Node B project competence, process, and documents for network deployment
• Provide Project technical support for troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalations from project and overall responsible for the 3G RAN network element technical Issue handling
• Worked as Project Technical Help-Desk function, Coordinate actions and investigation of technical Issues between Customer, regional care management, tier2/tier3/ Product Line support teams
• Participate in pilot, FOA, SW/ CD deployment, Software and new feature verification, MOP generation as well as test case creation- execution
• Provide support to customers for operations and maintenance of RAN Network elements including competence transfer to customer operations teams for local and remote operations and maintenance tasks
• Serve as local customer interface and coordinate communication for services and issues between customer market teams and service lines
• Supports operations services such as traffic re-homes, network retunes, feature activations, network modification and Performance analysis
• Support Customer Lab for SW/ HW New Feature verification and validation
• Ensure quality customer satisfaction survey targets and carry end to end RAN support function
• Work as Project Support Engineer for atomization of the process and improve in efficiency & execution of the task
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in Project , technical support and Equipment implementation for ex-Nokia 3G radio network controller elements ( Node B ) in wireless communications networks
• Have worked for the ex-Nokia Node B Comm & Integration, Technical support, LAB testing, Validation, FOA and Project Technical support
• Have good understanding about the RNC also, can do basic trouble shooting of the ex Nokia RNC
• Has excellent IP, Unix experience and skills set
• Understanding of network interface protocols, protocol analyzers and network specifications
• Can independently use Network analyzer and other tools to troubleshoot technical problem
• Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services
