Telecom Vacancy for 3G Network performance Managers :: China

Urgently seeking a large number of NPM (Network performance Managers) to work in China for a 6 month extendable contract.


Job Description:
1) Study, summary industry best practice in multi-vendor NPM delivery;
2) Identify gaps of existing NPM capability;
3) Develop related document and guide for multi-vendor NPM project delivery;
4) Knowledge sharing with engineers for multi-vendor project delivery;
5) Audit and practice all the multi-vendor related document and guide in pilot project;
6) Act as a top level MV Technical consultant of HQ to support biding and delivery project in the front line


Experience:
1) More than 8 years experience of network planning and optimization;
2) Excellent knowledge of of BSS/RAN parameters, tools and service solution of Ericsson or NSN, ZTE; (ZTE CDMA and CDMA)；
3) Rich experience of network optimization team leader or project management;
4) Work experience in operator and related vendor will be welcome;
5) Good communication skill to customer;
