Responsibilities:
• Supporting the C&B SME, as part of the wider Regional Compensation and Benefits team
• Liaising with the wider HR community on significant C&B projects and general C&B daily activities
• The role covers most C&B activities
• Supporting the C&B SME in all areas of the role
• Significant C&B Projects as part of calendar of events
• General administration activities associated with the role
Requirements:
• Excellent/exceptional Excel skills, including lookups, complex pivot tables and complex formulas
• Experience with SAP HR System
• Experience in access databases
• Has systems analyst type mind and enjoys working with data
• Able to work calmly under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Excellent consultative skills and ability to educate others
• Conscientious, enthusiastic and determined
• Completer/finisher
• Educated to a good standard
