Job Description:
• MTN SA Packet Switch Programme
• The Customer Project Manager is accountable for all activities in the project management model
• Approve costs in the project within the budget
• Approve scope, time and cost changes to the project plans that do not affect the project baselines
• Redefine project strategies and implement corrective actions as needed to bring the project performance back to the original
• Access information necessary for carrying out tasks
• Decide on any organizational changes within the project
• Escalate problems to the Sponsor, the services manager and Steering Group
• Decide on the best options for risk avoidance/mitigation
• 5 yrs exp in the implementation of Packet Core Switching projects
• Track record of managing previous Packet Core
