An opportunity to join a leading developer of mobile network equipment based on the M4 corridor working on cutting-edge LTE and UMTS technologies. This position will involve liaising with customers and partners, and will involve significant levels of pre-sales activities. International travel is a key component of this role, and between 25% and 50% of your time may be spent travelling abroad.
With previous experience as a solution architect, you will be working on UMTS architecture and protocols, and have worked on IMS / SIP-based VoIP projects.
Requirements:
• 5 years’ UMTS / LTE systems experience
• High-level understanding of at least one of the following: SIP, VoIP, IMS or fixed-mobile convergence technologies such as UMS/GAN or iWLAN
• Knowledge of ADSL and QoS issues
• High-level understanding of at least one of the following: SIP, VoIP, IMS or fixed-mobile convergence technologies such as UMS/GAN or iWLAN
• Knowledge of ADSL and QoS issues
You must either be a UK citizen or hold a valid UK Tier 1 visa, and be based in the UK.
