Client is seeking a senior WCDMA engineer to design and optimize.
Qualifications:
Monitor and analyze WCDMA network statistics
RF changes for Radio performance improvement in high traffic network
"Initial Radio NW Tuning"
Analyze worst cell list by identifying drops due to MN Drop, UL Sync Drop, SHO Drops, Terminated Speech due to Congestion and Other Drops.
Maintains KPI’s at specified levels required by the customer through RAN parameter modification and tuning
Conducts Neighbor List updates and verification for optimization
