Location: Middle East

Job details:
• Analyze field problems using TEMS 
• Analyzing the GSM (900-1800)/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/HSDPA Radio Network Statistics 
• Troubleshooting congestion (SDCCH-TCH) 
• Troubleshooting SDCCH drops 
• Troubleshooting Paging congestion 
• Troubleshooting 2G TCH drop / TCH drops due to sudden loss 
• Troubleshooting the 2G Handover success, Location Update, Paging & CSSR, 
• Troubleshooting 3G congestion and drops, IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate for all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed 
• Evaluate and adapt new methods and technologies regarding Radio Network Optimization & Tuning 
• Frequency planning for 2G sites and Scrambling Code tuning for 3G sites 
• Neighbours planning between different coverage layers 
• Modifying Radio Network parameters (2G/2.5G/3G) to enhance and achieve target KPIs 
• Radio Network Surveys, BTS site visits 
• Redesign of Radio planning Parameters (Antenna, tilt, azimuth) according to the need 
• BSS AXE knowledge is a plus
