Job vacancy for Telecommunications Manager Call Center :: USA

What you will be doing:
The successful candidate will be focused on managing and administrating Nortel PBX, Dialer, IVR, Call accounting and call recording system(s). He/She will be responsible for new project roll-outs as well as system audits, administration of Meridian phones, and NICE call reporting equipment.


What you need to qualify:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience in Managing Telecom system design and project implementation. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Nortel PBX, Dialer, IVR, Call accounting and call recording system(s). 
• Must have experience with Administration Symposium, CDR and voice mail systems, including performance monitoring and capacity. 
• Must have exposure & knowledge of NICE call recording systems 
• Any experience stemming form the financial industry considered huge plus!!!!
