• System integration working in business configuration team
• One of the network nodes that needs to be configured is the IVR
• Product/Node (e.g. MSC, HLR, OSS) IVR
• Product Version (e.g. R2) MOIP 6.2
• Type of Service, (e.g. Pre-study, Execution, Forecast) Execution
