Telecom Vacancy: Service Product Manager || Worldwide

Location: Various 
Start date: ASAP 


Responsibility: 
• Be responsible for product management of professional service products in telecommunication area. 
• The professional service is including network technologies service, network integration service, managed service, network consultant service, and learning service 
• Make business plan of professional service, including market analysis, competition analysis, and product plan 
• Make the strategy of professional service product 
• Develop and manage roadmap of professional service 
• Investigate and manage the requirements of professional service product 
• Communicate with operators about requirements of service product 


Requirements: 
• Expert of professional service, with over 10 years work experience in telecommunication, understand telecommunication network deeply 
• Have experience of sales/delivery/develop/manage professional service in telecommunication vendors, for example Ericsson, NSN 
• Have good communication skills with operators 
• Familiar with the organization and work process of O&M department of operators, have idea of the OPEX of operators 
• Have experience in telecommunication vendors/operators/integration providers/consultants 
• Understand the business model of telecommunication service 
• Better to have experience in product management of service product
