Requirements:
• At least three years radio network planning and optimization experience
• Familiar with SRAN GSM/UMTS equipment parameter configuration and optimization
• Good at 2G/3G network problem trouble shooting
• Be capable to use Atoll to make the 3G sites RF, parameter planning and data configuration
• Good at the drive test log analysis
• Be capable to act as team leader to control the RNO delivery for a big region, like Dt management, customer communication about the plan and technical problems
