Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer service requests (CSRs
• Involve in supporting projects on site or remotely
• Identify faults and troubleshoot them
• Display at all times, ownership, command and control, of any problems escalated to GSC
• Participate in New Product Introduction
• Participate in 24/7 on-site and on-call support rotations within the technical teams
• Perform complex updates/upgrades of live networks
• Interact with Internal & external customers (operators, CNS, SDM, PLM, PDU, AOM, projects managers, etc)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• Highly developed knowledge and experience on Ericsson GRAN, WRAN or LTE
• Highly developed troubleshooting skills
• Expert knowledge in RAN products mainly AXE BSC, RBS families, CPP RNC, RXI and Node B
• Knowledge in configuration, integration, protocol & procedures, Air interface
• Knowledge in Moshell with ability to create and analyze traces
• Knowledge in OSS-RC
• Excellent knowledge in IP and Radio Features in WRAN
• Excellent knowledge of BSC/RNC and RBS Emergency Recovery procedures.
• Conflict handling and resolution skills
• Fluent in English, both written, spoken & listening
• Leadership skills - Team player with a strong knowledge sharing attitude
• Ability to work in different culture environment
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic group working closely with customers
• CISCO knowledge is an asset
• Fully autonomous and self motivated
• Familiarity with maintenance and support processes
• Familiarity with SMS, SCS and MHWeb support tools
• Flexibility to travel in the region or outside
• Multi-vendor experience is a plus
