Job Roles:
Play a key role in the team and must know what the competition is doing in Global Markets
Must be able to spot trends and act on them first
Must stay up-to-date with news, research, and any other information that directly affects our product or service
Must be a team player, working with the S&P team in Service marketing and assist their research time-to-time
Must be willing to travel to regions and conduct training, workshops related to service marketing
Must play a key role and lead a small team of 5-10 strategists and analysts of Service marketing team at various locations of the world
Documenting trends and research recommendations together with external analyst reports on a timely manner in the Service marketing S&P repository / archive
Must be able to assist on the overall corporate business plan on yearly basis
Work with consultants and support their roles and mandate to produce good results
Provide solutions and strategy on services to other Business Units (BU) and help them on planning
Ad-hoc customer support on strategic customer meeting / presentation / road shows are required

Job Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years of MNC work experience in telecom / ICT industry
Minimum Bachelor's degree with MBA (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Excellent computer knowledge and software (MS Office / Project / Analysis tools) skills
Should be able to develop a 3-5 years strategic marketing plan that is well aligned with company's growth plans for Global Markets, with clear delineation of the key branding and marketing initiatives for varying market segmentations.
Strong leadership to operate the plan.
Strong understanding of new technologies and service marketing.
Analyze market research, customers’ feedback and surveys and provide feedback/insights to Regional team on the customers’ preferences and needs.
Collaborate with regional service marketing team to customize the new product introductions, with consideration for the local market requirements.
Identify opportunities for costs optimization, which may include streamlining existing work processes, exploring on new outreach channels, and conducting assessment on the effectiveness of each marketing channels.
Cultivate a strong collaborative relationship with the analysts, media and partners to facilitate positive media coverage on our company and its products / services.
Coach, develop, communicate and provide guidance to the team, and foster a positive and engaged work environment to achieve the desired business outcomes.
Identify market best practices and cultivate a change mindset within team.
Be the functional expert for Service Marketing in HQ - China and spokesperson for S&P including new products/services initiatives.
Represent region interests in cross-functional marketing initiatives and share experience
