Location: Sub Saharan Africa 
Start Date: ASAP 
End Date: 12 months (extendable)


Job Details: 
• Operating at a senior level within the customer organization in coordination with the sales team 
• Ensure that all solution deliveries to customers are made in a professional manner, achieving customer satisfaction and securing profitability 
• Analyze technical needs and the characteristics of the existing and/or proposed systems and/or to give technical solutions that assist the customer's needs 
• Establish effective project management 
• Governance and reporting structures 
• Support presales activities, including pre-studies 
• Analyze the customer’s existing systems, needs, and requirements 
• Give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project managers and the customer 
• Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and customer expectations
