Telecom Vacancy: Multivendor RF Performance Management Expert :: APAC

Location: Asia Pacific 
Start Date: ASAP 
End Date: 6 months (extendable)


Responsibilities: 
• Study, summary industry best practice in multi-vendor NPM delivery 
• Identify gaps of existing NPM capability 
• Develop related document and guide for multi-vendor NPM project delivery 
• Knowledge sharing with engineers for multi-vendor project delivery 
• Audit and practice all the multi-vendor related document and guide in pilot project 
• Act as a top level MV Technical consultant to support biding and delivery project in the front line


Requirements: 
• More than 8 years experience of network planning and optimization 
• Excellent knowledge of BSS/RAN parameters, tools and service solution of Ericsson or NSN, ZTE; (ZTE CDMA and CDMA) 
• Rich experience of network optimization team leader or project management
