Telecom Vacancy: Rollout Manager :: Europe

Location: Europe 
Start Date: August 2011 
End Date: 6 months (extendable)


Responsibilities: 
• Overall responsible for all Network related roll out activities in the phase or area 
• Implement (support and advice NSN in defining) project processes, procedures and guidelines (for Project Management, Site Acquisition, Construction Works, Telecom Implementation) in the specific Phase 
• Ensure that the BTS site rollout forecasts, plans and schedules comply with the TETRA Project roll out schedule in close consultation with the Customer and all stakeholders 
• Estimate and analyze gaps in the Phase level rollout schedule and lead times 
• Routine communication with Customer team in rollout progress (and technical matters together with functional managers) 
• Follow up and escalation of action points based on meeting minutes 
• Plan and organize information flow and communication within the Phase BTS Rollout Team to ensure coordination and clear understanding about the share of responsibilities 
• Coordinate and manage activities in the BTS Site Acquisition, Construction Works and Telecom Implementation rollout on Phase level 
• Ensure that the CW and TI Materials and Equipment demand plan correlates to the Phase site rollout forecast 
• Forecast, identify, analyze, qualify, quantify and respond to possible risks in the phase implementation with lists of preventive actions 
• Inform the Roll Out Network Manager about all identified risk items in the phase and what actions have been and/or will be taken to eliminate them 
• Prepare and secure all required BTS Phase rollout related documentation to support NSN in the
