Responsibilities: 
• Lead Engineer in a small NetAct test, verification and support team 
• Lab testing of NetAct SW releases, CDs, MPs and TNs 
• Production of test documentation 
• FOA of new releases 
• Provide 3rd line technical support to the OSS operations team 
• OSS Project technical lead 
• Element FM-PM studies and rule design


Requirements: 
• Minimum 4 years experience working for NSN as a NetAct support specialist 
• NSN product line trained 
• Engineering lead for NetAct HW and SW installs 
• Expert level understanding and hands-on experience with, 
• Nokia NetAct Regional Cluster (OSS5.1, OSS4.x) 
• Nokia NetAct Global Cluster (NDW) 
• Nokia NetAct installation, upgrade, merge, split, tuning 
• Oracle Database RDBMS Administration (8i, 9i, 10g) 
• HP MC/Service Guard 
• HP Blade Hardware 
• Red Hat Linux 
• Red Hat Cluster Suite 
• PL/SQL Scripting 
• Perl Scripting 
• Shell Scripting 
• DNS, Bind and Namesurfer 
• Corba, SNMP, XML, X.25, Q3, CLNS, ISO IP, TCP/IP 
• Cisco Routing and Switching
