Job Description:
• Diligent, and able to handle Emergencies and provide on call support 24X7
• Knowledge and understanding of web-servers e.g. web logic, apache and Dotnet
• Experience on MSDP or another mobile/WAP portal
• Good knowledge of GSM network
• Experience in handling customer care tickets
• Able to handle upgrades, do troubleshooting and perform corrective measures on MSDP platform
• Follow-up with vendor for the opened trouble tickets
• Provide reporting/statistics
• Skills/Experience on Solaris/Linux, Shell scripting, oracle DB/Mysql
• Good knowledge of http, accounting and WAP protocols
• Experience on tools like secure CRT, Wireshark, Exceed, WsFTP etc
